Refund Policy

At Inizi Baskets, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your gift basket, we offer a flexible return policy.

 

Please contact Customer Service at olivia@inizibaskets.com if you wish to returnan item. All baskets etc should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. All other claims (damage, not delivered on time, etc.) must be made within 45 days.
